What motivated us to start Tacticalism?

Tamilselvan built and ran growth marketing for multiple SaaS firms and kept hitting the same wall:

Fuzzy positioning

After leading growth at scale (DataDriven, Commenda), he realized founders needed a compact team that could plan, execute, and prove growth faster.

His journey includes senior roles at Commenda and a 7-year leadership stretch running B2B SaaS marketing at DataDriven, plus early experience in dedicated marketing research at Aspire Systems.

He has built demand engines, led GTM strategies, and scaled channels across paid, content, outbound, and product marketing — completing the full cycle end-to-end from strategy and execution to experimentation and scale.
